Our May "Something to Chew On" will feature Craig Morris, a professional EOS Implementer.

Come and learn about the free tools and techniques in the Entrepreneurial Operating System and see how they can help you clarify and simplify your Vision, instill discipline and accountability across your organization so that you can start gaining Traction towards your Vision and how your teams can start working together in a functional, Healthy way.

 

We will cover the 6 Key Components of EOS: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process and Traction. You will learn how all the components work together to help you run a more consistent, scalable, and profitable business."
