Harrisburg Business BBQ Challenge
Calling All Harrisburg Businesses. You have been formally challenged by Harrisburg Ace & Fareway to join their friendly competition that is open to all of you. This will be an event for the public with money raised going to support Harrisburg Parks Department and their programming.
There will be traveling trophies awarded, including Best Booth and People's Choice. Decorate your Booth/Table to be entered.
Contestant is open to all local businesses that are not restaurants . Competition judging will begin at 11:00, and Public voting/sampling will begin at 11:30.
Gills and Canopy are not provided; please bring your own. Music provided by Full FX Entertainment and Bounce Houses provided by Ace Hardware.

Fees/Admission
For BBQ'ers
Entry Fee is $25, including a receipt of meat purchased from Fareway
Pork Loin and Chicken Wings.
$5 per person recommended donation for public sampling and judging

Please provide enough for samples. Recommendation is 2 pork loin and 100 wings.

$5.00 per person for the sample line.
